Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Novatax's digital services. We wrote them in plain language: if anything is unclear, write to us and we'll talk it through.
Who provides the service
The services are provided by NOVATAX SpA, RUT 78.483.804-8 ("Novatax"). You can reach us at contacto@novatax.cl.
Which services these terms cover
These terms apply to the novatax.cl website and our online platforms: the R&D Law project application (app.novatax.cl), the course center (cursos.novatax.cl) and the AI agents (agentes.novatax.cl). Some services may have additional conditions, which we will tell you about before you use them.
Your account
Some platforms require an account. Access to specific features or companies is enabled by Novatax. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for activity carried out with your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the services lawfully and in good faith. You may not try to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the platforms' operation, extract information through automated means, or use the services for purposes other than those they were built for.
Your information and documents
The information and documents you upload remain yours. You authorize us to process them only to provide the service to you, for example to prepare or review a project. We treat them confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate drafts, analyses or assessments. That content is a working aid and may contain errors: a person must review it before it is used or submitted to any authority, such as CORFO or the SII. On its own it is not legal or tax advice. The data we process with these tools is not used to train third-party AI models.
Intellectual property
The platforms, their design, texts, courses and materials belong to Novatax or its licensors. You may use them for your own work while you use the service, but you may not copy, resell or distribute them without our written permission.
Free services and paid plans
Some platforms are offered free of charge or in a trial stage, and they may change or introduce paid plans in the future. If that happens, we will let you know in advance, and nothing with a cost will be charged without your prior acceptance.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the services available and working correctly, but they may have interruptions or errors, especially while under development. To the extent permitted by law, Novatax is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the platforms' content without the appropriate professional review.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the services and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that is used against these terms or the law. When your account is closed, we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will reflect it on this page with the date of the last update and, if the change is significant, let you know by email or within the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago.
